Mortgage Loan Originator (full-time)
Fort Financial is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key element of excellent service is to identify the financial needs of each member and recommend an appropriate credit union solution. In addition, the Mortgage Loan Originator works with members to obtain a mortgage. The Mortgage Loan Originator will discuss members’ needs and wants, then determine what mortgage product aligns with them. They will also conduct in-depth interviews with members directly and by telephone to obtain all necessary information to take mortgage loan applications that meet credit union, PMI and investor guidelines. The Mortgage Loan Originator must make sound credit decisions regarding the approval of mortgage loans.
Network & Systems Administrator (full-time)
This position is responsible for network and server systems that will drive Fort Financial to higher levels of success. Working directly with the VP of Information Technology, the Network & Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining/upgrading network / LAN / WAN communications; managing all servers, network appliances, phone system and Windows or cloud-based applications; overseeing help desk functions; and assisting with creating security measures to safeguard all information. This position will create and regulate system backups and develop data retention models to support the needs of the organization; and coordinate and assist IT Network Technicians during hardware maintenance, upgrades, equipment repairs, configuration of new computers and on-call duties. The position may require limited travel to local sites and out of state locations and the availability to work outside of standard business hours. Successful candidates will be knowledgeable of advanced administration of Microsoft Server operating systems, Active Directory/Azure AD, MS Exchange & Office 365, VEEAM, VMWare, network topology, cloud-based applications and systems; and firewall administration and Service Desk management experience. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years job-related experience, financial institution experience preferred, and 3-5 years of direct management experience. A 4-year degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience with technical certifications is required.
Teller (full- or part-time)

This position performs transactions for members in person and by telephone, provides general credit union information, operates online teller terminal, receives and processes counter transactions, expedites business by mail and balances cash and transactions at close of business. This position requires up to one year of related job experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.
Member Services Representative (MSR) (full- or part-time)

This position is a full-time MSR. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: open and close the branch, balance the ATM, order supplies and other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. You must be flexible, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, a team player and member-focused. This position cross-sells and explains products and services to members, provides general credit union information, is knowledgeable of ATM operations and Visa debit program, operates online teller terminal as needed, receives and processes counter transactions and serves as a teller backup. This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years job-related experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.
