Human Resources Generalist (full-time)

The primary purpose of this position is to support to the Human Resources department with recruiting, hiring and on-boarding efforts; supporting open enrollment, performance reviews, unemployment claims and an employee engagement survey; and managing the compliance poster website to make sure posters are always up-to-date. The position will be responsible for performing exit interviews with employees and maintaining personnel records in compliance with HR regulations. The position will provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves of absence and benefits and assist in the resolution of employee concerns, questions and services. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and be accurate and detailed. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. A minimum of 3-5 years direct job related experience is required, preferably in a financial institution. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with some related college coursework preferred.

Member Services Representative (MSR) (full- or part-time)

We actively seek applications for Member Services Representatives

This position is a full-time MSR. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: open and close the branch, balance the ATM, order supplies and other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. You must be flexible, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, a team player and member-focused. This position cross-sells and explains products and services to members, provides general credit union information, is knowledgeable of ATM operations and Visa debit program, operates online teller terminal as needed, receives and processes counter transactions and serves as a teller backup. This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years job-related experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Some related college coursework is preferred.

Teller (full- or part-time)

We actively seek applications for full-time and part-time teller positions.

This position performs transactions for members in person and by telephone, provides general credit union information, operates online teller terminal, receives and processes counter transactions, expedites business by mail and balances cash and transactions at close of business. This position requires up to one year of related job experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.

Teller – Auburn(part-time)

This position performs transactions for members in person and by telephone, provides general credit union information, operates online teller terminal, receives and processes counter transactions, expedites business by mail and balances cash and transactions at close of business. This position requires up to one year of related job experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.

Network & Systems Administrator (full- time)

The Network & Systems Administrator is responsible for Network and Server systems that will drive Fort Financial to higher levels of success. Working directly with the Vice President of Information Technology, the Network & Systems Administrator will be responsible for the details outlined in this document and any other duties assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Meets all established service goals as measured by the Internal Service Survey.
  2. Develop employees assigned to their highest potential by identifying their areas for improvement and appropriately coaching, training or correcting the employees’ performance
  3. Performs duties to Maintain or upgrade network / LAN / WAN communications.
    1. All Servers Virtual and Physical
    2. Routers and Switches
    3. MPLS circuits or corresponding data circuits
  4. Administration and Management of all servers, network appliances, phone system and Windows or cloud-based applications.
  5. Management helpdesk functions and assist their team with complex issues.
  6. Assists with the creation of formal technical documentation, processes and procedures using clear and concise language.
  7. Plans, coordinates, implements, and documents security measures to safeguard all information in databases, computers, and host systems against unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure.
  8. Researches and evaluates new technologies and makes recommendations to the Vice President of Information Technology in alignment of the organization’s strategic direction.
  9. Create and regulate system backups and develop data retention models to support the needs of the organization.
  10. Coordinate and assist IT Network Technicians during hardware maintenance, upgrades, equipment repairs and the configuration of new computers.
  1. Coordinate and assist with cleanliness of computer room and departmental work area.
  2. Acts as a backup and knowledge resource to all members of IT department.
  1. Coordinate and assist with the rotation of on-call duties with IT Technicians as scheduled including emergencies, nights, and weekends.
  2. Take an active leadership role with the department for the development and training of direct reports.
  1. Communicate to others with varying levels of technical understanding.
  1. May require limited travel to local sites and out of state locations.
  2. May require availability outside of standard business hours.
  3. Performs such duties as may be commensurate with the position of Network & Systems

Administrator as assigned by the Vice President of Information Technology.

A minimum of 5-7 years job-related experience required, Financial Institution experience preferred. 3-5 years direct management experience required

EDUCATION

A 4-year degree in Information Systems / Computer Science from an accredited university or equivalent experience with technical certifications required.

 

Help Desk Specialist (full- time)

Successful candidates for this position should be able to demonstrate past experience and skills required to be responsible for all computer functionality, including proactive maintenance, security, and performance. Additional responsibilities include; IT help desk support, core system processing, resource for IT Technicians, and phone system administration and support.  Additional requirements for the position include experience with the following: Supporting help desk functions and serving as a first point of contact for IT support requests. Setting up hardware, installing and configuring software. Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. PC’s, Laptops and Network Equipment) or peripheral devices. Ability to perform system functions in the core banking software with training. Conduct daily and nightly system operations utilizing the batch automation system and participate in the rotating production schedule. Must have a high level of proficiency with production processes. Prompt start and completion times with daily/nightly operations. Rotate on-call duties with IT Technicians, as scheduled, including emergencies, nights, and weekends. Responsible for hardware maintenance, upgrades, equipment repairs and the configuration of new computers. Assist with maintenance of computer room and departmental work area. Acts as a backup and knowledge resource to all members of the IT team. A minimum of 1-3 years related experience required.  A High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred and desirable.
