Human Resources Assistant (part-time)
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the HR department including assisting with recruiting, hiring and on-boarding efforts; posting on job boards current job positions and managing compliance poster website to make sure all posters are always up-to-date. The position will be responsible for performing exit interviews with employees and maintaining personnel records in compliance with HR regulations. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and be accurate and detailed. This position requires 1 to 3 years of related experience.
Mortgage Underwriter/Processor/Closer (full-time)
This position will work with mortgage loan originators; answer client questions; assist with mortgage processing; underwrite to investor, mortgage insurance and credit union portfolio guidelines; and schedule and prepare closing disclosures and closing packages. The position will discuss members’ needs and wants, so as to provide detailed information to the loan originators who will determine program eligibility. This position is responsible for ordering all necessary documentation for the processing of files; reviewing verified information for acceptability; following up for any missing documentation; underwriting; and preparing and submitting loans to the appropriate investor and/or mortgage insurance company for underwriting. This position will deliver and submit closed loan packages to the appropriate investor and follow up on any deficiencies for loan purchase. Successful candidates must have excellent data entry skills for document preparation, knowledge of title commitments, settlement statements and possess good member service skills. Sound knowledge and recognition of all mortgage loan type guidelines is required along with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints with high volume. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
Assistant Branch Manager (full-time)
The position will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in guiding and managing the branch office in providing quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications and new accounts. The position will also solve problems within established policies and guidelines; receive members in person and by telephone and provide general information on a wide variety of credit union services; ensure that the branch office is staffed at all times during regular business hours with fully capable employees; have a thorough understanding of and believe in the philosophy of the credit union; must be highly experienced in communication and supervisory skills and have a working knowledge of all technical positions in a branch office environment. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years direct job related and 1-3 years management experience preferably in a financial institution. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some related college coursework is preferred.
Member Services Representative (MSR) (full- or part-time)

This position is a full-time MSR. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: open and close the branch, balance the ATM, order supplies and other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. You must be flexible, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, a team player and member-focused. This position cross-sells and explains products and services to members, provides general credit union information, is knowledgeable of ATM operations and Visa debit program, operates online teller terminal as needed, receives and processes counter transactions and serves as a teller backup. This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years job-related experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.
Teller (full- or part-time)

This position performs transactions for members in person and by telephone, provides general credit union information, operates online teller terminal, receives and processes counter transactions, expedites business by mail and balances cash and transactions at close of business. This position requires up to one year of related job experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some related college coursework is preferred.
