Coronavirus Update: Lobbies Closed; Drive-up Remains Open

The coronavirus outbreak has caused all of us to alter our daily routine in some way. Up until now, we have been able to maintain normal credit union operations while keeping the health and safety of our members and employees top of mind. However, following the federal government’s recommendations, we will be closing all branch lobbies.

Beginning Wednesday, March 25, we will offer drive-up and drive-thru ATM access at all of our brick-and-mortar branches. Our lobby access will be limited to serving members with lending and other needs that can’t be conducted at the drive-up.

Our three Meijer in-store branches in Fort Wayne will remain open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Additionally, ATMs will remain accessible at all three Meijer locations.

We intend to restore normal operations as soon as possible and will communicate our plans via our website, Facebook page and email.

If you need to conduct a transaction while our lobbies are closed, we encourage you to utilize the drive-up, ATM or one of our digital banking solutions, such as online banking, mobile banking and telephone banking.

Thank you for your understanding as we do our part to look after you, our employees and the communities we serve. We look forward to seeing you again in our lobbies soon. Until then, if you need to reach us by phone, we will be available by calling (260) 432-1561.
