When we modified our branch operations in late March to protect our staff and members, we didn’t know how long the pandemic restrictions would be in place. As the government has set out to gradually lift restrictions and we return to normal daily activities, you will notice a few changes at our branches. These precautions are in place to continue to protect our staff and members and to comply with government regulations.
Beginning Monday, May 11th, we will once again welcome walk-in traffic to our branches.
Maintaining Social Distancing
Our lobby floors will be marked with decals to guide traffic flow and ensure social distancing is maintained.
To ensure this, the number of visitors in a branch lobby at any time will be limited to 4. If the lobby is full when you arrive, we ask that you wait in your car until it is safe to enter or call us to schedule an appointment for a later date or time.
Staff will continue to regularly clean and disinfect all touch points in the branch and drive-thru.
Protective shields have been installed at all teller windows to prohibit airborne particles from spreading from person to person.
While personal protective masks are not required to be worn to conduct a transaction at the teller line, all staff and members are required to wear a mask while meeting in an office. Masks will be provided for members or you are welcome to wear your own.
All brick-and-mortar branches will resume normal (pre-COVID-19) lobby and drive-thru hours.
Our Fort Wayne Meijer in-store branches will continue to be open Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
No-Contact Banking Options
Our no-contact banking options remain in place as well, and we encourage you to continue to utilize them. This includes online, mobile and telephone banking, online loan application, ATMs and drive-thru service.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we safely return to normal operations. If you have any questions, please contact us at (260) 432-1561.
