An eStatement is your monthly account statement provided digitally so you can view it online. When you sign up for eStatements through online banking, you don’t have to worry about it getting lost or stolen in the mail. Account alerts enable you to be notified by email or text when certain security or account activity occur in your accounts. This feature is customizable to ensure you are notified when checks clear, deposits are made and more. To set up account alerts, sign in to your online or mobile banking account and select Alerts.
Take the stress out of payday by eliminating long lines. Have your paycheck, Social Security check, pension check or government check direct deposited. To sign up, complete the Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction Request Form and submit it to your employer’s Human Resources/Payroll Department.
Cut down on fraud and identity theft when you enroll in Go Direct for your Social Security or other government payments. This government-sponsored program allows direct deposit of government-issued funds right into your Fort Financial account. Due to our partnership with Go Direct, you can enroll quickly at any branch office.
Telephone Banking with PAL (Phone Answer Line)
