Fort Financial is replacing our entire fleet of ATMs. While we will attempt to limit the effect this will have on your ability to access a Fort Financial ATM, we ask for your patience and understanding during this time. All new ATMs are expected to be in place by mid-November.
If you are unable to access an ATM during normal business hours, our staff can assist you in the lobby and drive-up. You can also utilize online banking and the mobile app at any time for balance inquiries and even to deposit checks.
The new machines will improve our members’ experience and allow Fort Financial to adapt to our members’ banking needs in the years to come. However, there is one change in features with the new ATMs.
The new ATMs will not be able to accept cash or check deposits. If you need to do so, you have several options to take advantage of:
- Visit the lobby or drive-up during normal business hours
- Leave your cash or check in the secure night deposit boxes located in the drive-up after normal business hours
- Utilize online banking and the mobile app to deposit checks at any time of day. We’ve included step-by-step instructions for how to do so in our Online and Mobile Banking FAQ.
