Online Banking

The online banking conversion is complete. The mobile app and new online banking system, including bill pay, are operational. 

Your login ID, automatic transfers and account nicknames were converted from the old online banking to the new system.

Signing In: To begin using the new online banking site, you can continue to log in as usual. If you chose not to register on the new site before October 6, when you sign in to the new site for the first time, you will sign in with your existing online banking user name and password. You’ll then be directed to verify your account information and prompted to select a password. If may be the same password you used on the old site.

Bill Pay: During the conversion process, all bill pay information set up on the old site — including recurring payments, future payments and any payees — were transferred to the new system, and all bills you set up for automatic payment will now be paid from the new system. All bill payment history was added to the new system.

If you used the new system before October 2, all matching payees were merged during the conversion. In the event that you had payees in both systems but they are not an exact match (such as different addresses or account numbers), they are set up as two different payees in the new system. You can manually delete or modify.

Alerts: Any account alerts set up on the old site will need to be manually set up again in the new site. Alerts are accessible from the system’s main menu.
