Throughout the course of this year, we have been working behind the scenes, carefully planning and thoroughly testing, to prepare to upgrade to more modern banking software.
However, in order to complete the final steps of the transition, account access will be limited the weekend of December 6-9. We will not be able to process in-branch or online/mobile banking transactions from 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, December 6th until normal business hours on Monday, December 9th.
During this time, you will be able to utilize your Fort Financial debit and credit cards and withdraw money from an ATM without any interruption.
In addition, there will be no interruption to scheduled bill payments that weekend. However, you won’t be able to create any new bill payments from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6th until normal business hours on Monday, December 9th.
Credit card payments made after the close of business on Friday, December 6th will be processed on Monday, December 9th and no late fee will be charged.
After the transition is complete, you’ll soon notice new services available, including online account opening and online loan applications.
